Terms of shipping
All orders madding in a business day before 3:30 PM East will be ship the same day. All the other after that hour orders will be shipping it on the next business day. Due to the payment type and approval procedures of the company, there may be a delay in sending your order if the billing and shipping address are different. Dulzura Borincana makes everything possible to achieve all the orders that we process at the estimated time that is 5-7 business days. Dulzura Borincana with a lot of pleasure is beside the update of any ship that we made. We didn’t agree with any responsibility of any packages that didn’t ship by the estimated time by weather conditions. You will be responsible for any incorrect shipping information given by you. If you give us an incorrect address and your purchase was sent, you will have to wait for your order to arrive at our facility and pay again for the shipment.
If you wish to buy any product or service available at the site, we can ask to provide some information relevant to the transaction, including, without limitation, your card number, the expiry date, billing address and the shipping information. YOU REPRESENT AND GUARANTEE THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD USING WITH REALATION OF ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH US. After giving that information, you grant us and thirds to recopy the information by our name for the purpose to make easiest the process of your transaction initiated by you or by your name. Terms of a devolution
Once you have made your entirety order, Dulzura Borincana will not make any refunds unless:
- The product wasn’t the one you ordered
- If your order didn’t arrive in the stimulated time
- If your order was lost while it was being sent to you as long as the address provided by you was correct
- No money will be refunded from the 30 days after having made your purchase
Dulzura Borincana returns only if:
- The product isn’t the one you ordered
- If the product has a manufacturing defect
- No returns will be made if the product is unsatisfactory
- No returns if the product is opened
- No return will be accepted from the 30 days after having made your purchase

To our Dulzura Borincana’s Family,
As our communities react to the global health crisis caused by COVID-19, our focus remains on supporting the health and livelihood of our employees while caring for our customers and communities. We believe it’s critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19. We are working to make sure that the snacks you love are available when you want them, delivered in the safest way possible (delays caused by local regulations are possible).
We have increased the frequency of regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitization efforts in our manufacture factory. We’re recommending all employees to take precautionary health measures, including frequent handwashing, social distancing, staying home when sick, use of sanitizer, and pausing all non-essential work travel.
